Rules for qualifying to the 2nd Round
- Team winning both the matches in the first round from each group will qualify for the second round.
- In case each team wins one match each then the team with highest NRR will qualify for the second round.
NRR will be calculated as follows
No. of runs scored / no. of balls played.
{Note: In case a team gets all out then the denominator will be 36 (Total balls for 6 overs)}
Rules for qualifying to the Final
- Team losing both the matches in the 2nd round will be out of the tournament.
- In case each team wins one match each in the 2nd round then two teams having highest and 2nd highest NRR will qualify for the Final
Note: NRR will be calculated on the basis of matches played in the 2nd round only as per the formula stated above. |
